PACIFIC) - The ZUV LED Spot-curing System is ideal for high volume production operation
that enables high-precision bonding with high-power 365-nm UV
LED, without causing heat damage to components.
Applied with ultra condensing head, ZUV achieves industry’s
leading illumination of 8100 mW/cm², approximately 50% reduction
in tact time compared to a lamp system.
In addition to low initial cost, running costs are reduced
tremendously and replacement man hours can also be eliminated if
you use with the ultra condensing head. The continuously-on
lifetime of the ultra condensing head is 40,000 hours, or 13
times of a lamp system.
