IP69K Metal Case Sensor for Food Industry

Omron’s latest E3ZM Photoelectric Sensor comes in a corrosion
resistant 316L stainless steel case suitable for prolonged
chemical, detergent and disinfectant exposure in the food
production lines. Its hermetically-sealed housing together with
its minimal indents and easy-to-clean surface eliminate build-up
of dust and water and ensure effective wash-down procedure with
detergents and high pressure cleaning for optimum hygiene.
Besides resistance against high
temperature and water (Ecolab and IP69K certified), E3ZM model
and lot numbers are imprinted using a laser marker to prevent
foreign matter contamination. Other features include
through-beam, retro-reflective, diffuse, noise-immunity and
energy-saving. With outstanding corrosion and wear resistance
abilities, E3ZM sensor effectively reduces your replacement
frequency and maintenance cost.
