text, drawings, pictures, photographs, music and motion pictures (the "Works")
are exclusive vested in OMRON Corporation ("OMRON"). Unless otherwise expressly
permitted by applicable copyright law, it is prohibited to reproduce or modify, in whole
or in part, the Works without prior consent of OMRON. In addition to the foregoing
copyright notice, use of the Server shall be subject to the user’s acknowledgement of
the following conditions:
-No service through the server shall
be construed as an assignment or license of any intellectual property right, including,
but not limited to, copyright, patent, design patent or trademark contained in the Work.
OMRON makes the Works available on the Server on an "as
is" basis. There are no representations or warranties relating to the contents and
