The VT-RBT II inspection system provides 100% inspection of printed circuit board without sacrificing manufacturing line speed. The VT-RBT II allows for excellent quality assurance at a low price, while its rapid inspection speed increases manufacturing throughput of PCBs.

The VT-RBT II is capable for rotated component at 1 degree increments. With option to zoom, it can closely evaluate the nature of defects at a specific location. System alarms can also be set to stop production line based on user defined defect quality criteria.

The VT-RBT II is one of the only systems currently available to offer true color based inspection of printed circuit board by using Omron patented Color Highlight Technology. This unique illumination technique improves inspection accuracy and its system software reduces operator programming time.

Omron’s Windows NT-based GUI (Graphical Interface) allows parameter settings to be defined via a “point-and-click method”. The VT-RBT II also features RS232C and Ethernet communication of inspection results.
